Our Burnaby clinic offers personalized, child-centered therapy across Speech, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Intervention, Play-Based Therapy, and Clinical Counselling. Our space is clean, modern, and designed to support children of all developmental needs in a warm, calm, and inclusive setting.
Before your first session:
Please complete your online intake forms via the Jane portal. This allows your therapist to prepare in advance and make the most of your session. If you have any funding approvals or insurance details, please upload them as soon as possible.

Our Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the session time to another family on our waitlist.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee
Repeated missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in loss of a recurring time slot
In case of illness or emergency, please notify us by 8:00am—we’ll do our best to accommodate - 50% session fee will be charged.
You can cancel or reschedule directly through your Jane account, or by calling or emailing our admin team during business hours 10:00am-4:00pm
